Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
WK ID WORKS SDN. BHD.
1. Return & Exchange Period
(a) Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.
(b) Customers must provide the original receipt or invoice when requesting a return or exchange.
2. Conditions for Return
(a) Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
(b) All free gifts, promotional items, or premiums must be returned together with the product.
If not returned, the value of the item will be deducted from the refund.
3. Refund Method
(a) Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
(b) Any reward points earned from the original purchase will be deducted upon refund.
4. Exchange Policy
(a) Exchanges are only allowed for items of:
- Equal or higher value
(b) Customers must pay any price difference for higher-value items.
(c) Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Light bulbs, fuses
- Batteries
- Plants
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Products that have been modified, installed, assembled, washed, or altered
- Tiles and mosaic products
- Electrical appliances
- Televisions, audio equipment, cameras, video cameras
- Mobile phones and communication devices
- Display items and clearance stock
- Customized paint colors
- Used or installed items
- Service fees and vouchers
6. Delivery & Storage Policy
(a) For delivery orders:
- Normal products: delivery arranged within 30 days
- Electrical products: delivery arranged within 15 days
(b) If customers request delayed delivery beyond the stated timeframe, storage charges of RM20 per unit per day may apply.
7. Installation Disclaimer
WK ID WORKS SDN. BHD. shall not be responsible for any damage to products if:
- Installation is not performed by our authorized service team
8. Rights & Amendments
WK ID WORKS SDN. BHD. reserves the right to:
- Modify, update, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice
