Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Supply and Delivery
(a) Subject to your compliance with these Terms and acceptance of your Order by WK ID WORKS SDN. BHD., we will supply the goods or services as stated in your Order confirmation.
(b) For items in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 1–7 working days (Monday to Friday). For furniture or bulky items, dispatch may take up to 21 working days.
(c) Certain items may not be available for immediate delivery. Estimated delivery timeline is 4–6 weeks from the Order date, subject to supplier availability.
(d) Furniture or customized items not held in stock will be made to order. Delivery may take up to X weeks (based on supplier manufacturing lead time). We will notify you of the estimated delivery date after order confirmation.
(e) Upon checkout, you may choose either:
- Delivery to your specified address, or
- Self-collection (if applicable)
(f) If we are unable to deliver non-custom items within the estimated timeframe due to stock unavailability, you may cancel your Order for a full refund.
(g) All delivery timelines are estimates only. WK ID WORKS SDN. BHD. is not liable for delays caused by suppliers or logistics partners.
(h) If no one is available to receive delivery at the agreed time, additional charges (storage, transport, re-delivery) may apply.
(i) If you arrange your own delivery or collection, responsibility for the goods transfers to you upon collection.
(j) We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party delivery providers.
(k) Installation services are not included unless explicitly stated.
2. Delivery by Courier or Logistics Partner
(a) This section applies if you choose delivery.
(b) Deliveries are limited to Malaysia and exclude restricted or hard-to-access areas (e.g. certain rural areas or islands). Please confirm with customer service if unsure.
(c) Orders are typically dispatched within 7–14 business days, subject to stock availability and other conditions.
(d) For bulky items, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
(e) You (or an authorized person) must be present to receive the delivery.
(f) Changes to delivery address or schedule must be requested at least 3 days before dispatch.
(g) While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
(h) You must inform us in advance of any delivery constraints (e.g. stairs, narrow access). Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
(i) WK ID WORKS SDN. BHD. is not liable for delivery delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers.
(j) No installation services are included unless stated otherwise.
(k) Please inspect goods upon delivery. Any damages or shortages must be:
- Noted on delivery documentation upon receipt, or
- Reported in writing within 7 days of delivery
We will not be liable for claims made after this period.
3. Self-Collection Orders
(a) This section applies if you choose to collect your order.
(b) You will be notified via phone or email once your order is ready.
(c) Orders must be collected within 14 days of notification. Uncollected items may be reallocated, and your order will be rescheduled.
(d) For collection, the following are required:
- Order confirmation
- Valid photo ID
- Payment proof
If a third party is collecting on your behalf, prior notification must be given to our Customer Service Team.
