5. Orders
(a) All orders placed are subject to acceptance by WK ID WORKS SDN. BHD.
(b) An order is confirmed only when:
- Full payment is received, and
- Order confirmation is issued
(c) We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to:
- Pricing errors
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraud
(d) Orders for customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
6. Pricing
(a) All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
(b) Prices exclude delivery charges unless specified.
(c) We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
7. Promotions
(a) Promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions.
(b) Discounts, vouchers, or promo codes:
- Are valid for one-time use only
- Cannot be combined unless stated
- Have expiry dates
(c) We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate promotional terms.
8. Payment
(a) Full payment must be made before order processing.
(b) We accept payment via approved payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, online payment gateway).
(c) We are not liable for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
9. Supply and Delivery
(a) We will supply goods in accordance with your order confirmation.
(b) Estimated timelines:
- In-stock items: 1–7 working days dispatch
- Furniture/bulky items: up to 21 working days
- Pre-order/custom items: up to X weeks
(c) Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to supplier and logistics availability.
(d) We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
(e) Additional charges may apply for:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Difficult delivery access
(f) Risk and ownership of goods pass to you upon delivery or collection.
10. Delivery Conditions
(a) Delivery is available within Malaysia (subject to coverage).
(b) You must ensure:
- Accurate delivery details
- Someone is available to receive the order
(c) Any delivery issues (e.g. access constraints) must be informed in advance.
(d) Goods must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 7 days.
11. Self-Collection
(a) You will be notified when your order is ready.
(b) Orders must be collected within 14 days.
(c) Valid ID and order confirmation are required.
12. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
(a) Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt, subject to:
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
(b) Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Used or installed items
- Hygiene-related products (unless unopened)
(c) Delivery charges are non-refundable.
(d) One exchange is allowed per order unless the item is faulty.
13. Damaged or Faulty Goods
(a) If goods are defective or damaged, you may request:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Refund
(b) Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
14. Limitation of Liability
(a) To the fullest extent permitted by law, WK ID WORKS SDN. BHD. is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays due to third parties
- Website errors or interruptions
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify WK ID WORKS SDN. BHD. against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms.
